Built for the Tailgate. Engineered for Real Life.
The story behind Tailbreaker.
The Problem
If you've spent any real time at a tailgate, a job site, or a trailhead, you know the routine: fold-out chairs that sink in gravel, cooler lids that weren't built to sit on, or just standing around your truck because nothing else fits. Seating that was designed for backyards doesn't belong in the field — and it shows.
The Insight
Every truck, SUV, Jeep, and van already has a 2" hitch receiver. That's a rock-solid anchor point — right at the back of the vehicle — that nobody was using for seating. Tailbreaker started with one question: what if your hitch became the foundation for a seating system that's actually built for outdoor use?
The Build
Tailbreaker was engineered from the ground up as a hitch-mounted solution — not adapted from something else. The result is a dual-seat system with 360° swivel and 180° swing arms, two height settings, a table mode with built-in cup holders, and full tailgate access even while seated. The powder-coated steel frame supports up to 550 lbs combined, and setup takes about 30 seconds — no tools required. It ships with a carrying bag and backs every unit with a 2-year limited warranty.
Tested Before It Shipped
Before Tailbreaker reached any customer, it went through hands-on testing across real use cases: tailgating, camping, fishing, hunting, job sites, and family road trips. The goal was simple — build something that wouldn't just hold up in a demo, but earn its place on every trip.
Premium Positioning
Tailbreaker isn't built for the buyer who wants cheap and disposable. It's built for people who don't buy average gear — who expect equipment to be overbuilt by design, refined in every detail, and ready to turn their vehicle into the hub for better days outside.
