TAILBREAKER WEBSITE RETURN POLICY
Tailbreaker values our customers and strives to provide quality products and support. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within (Thirty) 30 days from purchase date, "No Questions asked " - less 15% restocking fee.
All Tailbreaker products are returnable, provided they are returned with all original packaging, paperwork and parts are in new, unused, and resalable condition. However, you are required to pay for the return shipping back to Tailbreaker. Shipping costs are not refundable .
If you need to return a product please call or email first to obtain a return authorization number (ROA). We will provide our recommended shipping information at that time, however you are free to choose your shipping method. We will not accept any returns without an ROA. After obtaining an ROA, your return must be shipped back securely packaged in a box labeled on the outside " RETURN ROA # _xxxx__”.
Refunds will be processed upon receipt of product along with proof of purchase from Tailbreaker website only.
