Tailbreaker 2-Year Limited Warranty
Effective Date: From the date of original purchase
Coverage Period: 24 months
Warranty Coverage
Tailbreaker products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase. During this time, Tailbreaker Distribution will, at its discretion, repair or replace any defective unit or component at no cost to the customer.
What’s Covered

Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

Mechanical failures under normal operating conditions
What’s Not Covered

Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or neglect

Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations

Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, finish wear, etc.) that does not affect functionality

Damage caused by accidents, fire, flood, weather, or other external factors

Consumables and accessories (unless otherwise specified in writing)
Warranty Claim Process
To submit a claim:

Contact Tailbreaker Support at www.tailbreaker.com with proof of purchase.

Provide a detailed description of the issue, along with photos or videos if available.

If your claim is approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the product to our service center.
Shipping Responsibility:

Customers are responsible for shipping costs to the service center.

Tailbreaker Distribution will cover return shipping for all valid warranty claims.
- Customers will be responsible for any restocking fees that occur
Limitations

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Tailbreakers liability is strictly limited to repair or replacement of the product.

Under no circumstances shall Tailbreaker Technologies be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.
TAILBREAKER DISTRIBUTION INC. reserves the right to replace any defective parts in material or workmanship when presented or returned to the factory. Shipping charges to be pre-paid at the address supplied by TAILBREAKER DISTRIBUTION.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to all customers
