Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.tailbreaker.com. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

We ship domestically as well as internationally. If you have a question about domestic shipments or shipments going to Canada or other international shipments, please email info@tailbreaker.com .

We ship our orders via UPS.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are to be processed within 2-3 business days subject to exigencies. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. We strive to process all orders as quickly as possible from receipt.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

All items are normally held in stock, however we may sometimes run out due to sudden demand or circumstances outside our control. In that event we will notify you and inform you of the date we expect to receive more stock.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

As a result of the size and weight of the Tailbreaker we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Please be aware that with international orders the following may apply: customs fees, duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees. It is your responsibility to any fees or taxes your government may impose. Tailbreaker is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Tailbreaker is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
