TAILBREAKER SITE USE

(1) Use of the Site. Site use is limited to those individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law, and without limiting the preceding, our Service is not targeted at minors. The owner does not allow use by nor will Site Owner accept registrations from users who are under 18 years of age. By using the Site or registering with us, You represent that You are at least 18 years old. Also, when using any particular service of the Site, You may be subject to additional guidelines or terms and conditions applicable to such services that may be posted from time to time, which are at this moment incorporated into this Agreement.
(2) Licence. During the term of this Agreement, the grants to You, a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Site for Your personal and professional use in accordance with the Terms of Service.

The Site Site Owner reserves all rights not expressly granted in and to the Site. You agree not to engage in the use, copying, or distribution of any of the Site other than expressly permitted.
(4) User Conduct. You may not engage in any of the following prohibited activities

(a) copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the Site in any medium, including without limitation by any automated or non-automated “scraping,”
(b) using any automated system, including without limitation “robots,” “spiders,” “offline readers,” etc., to access the Site,
(c) transmitting spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited email,
(d) attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Site,
(e) taking any action that imposes, or may impose at our sole discretion an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on Site infrastructure,
(f) uploading invalid data, viruses, worms, or other software agents through the Site,
(g) collecting or harvesting any personally identifiable information, including account names, from the Site,
(h) using the Site for any commercial solicitation purposes,
(i) impersonating another person or otherwise misrepresenting Your affiliation with a person or entity, conducting fraud, hiding or attempting to hide Your identity,
(j) interfering with the proper working of the Site,
(k) accessing any content on the Site through any technology or means other than those provided or authorized by the Site, or
(l) bypassing the measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Site, including without limitation features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any content or enforce limitations on use of the Service or the content therein.
All software used on the Site is proprietary to Site Owner or to third parties, and except as may be required to exercise the foregoing licence grant, any use, redistribution, sale, de-compilation, reverse engineering, disassembly, translation or other reduction of such software to human-readable form is prohibited. You agree, and represent and warrant, that Your use or other exploitation of the Site and the Site Content, or any portion thereof, will be consistent with the foregoing licence and restrictions and will neither infringe nor violate the rights of any other party or breach any contract or legal duty to any other parties. In addition, You agree that You will comply with all applicable laws, regulations and ordinances relating to the Site, the Site Content or Your use of them, and You will be solely responsible for Your own individual violations of any of them.

(5) Site Content. Site Owner authorizes You to view, download, and print the Site Content subject to the following conditions:

(a) You may only download and print the Site Content in limited quantities as required to evaluate whether the Site Content is appropriate for Your use;
(b) You may not use any automated process or software program to view, download, print or otherwise use Site Content;
(c) You may not modify the Site Content;
(d) You may not remove any copyright, trademark, distribution statement, or other proprietary notices that have been placed in the Site Content. Except as expressly permitted above, copying; modifying; storing for any period of time, for any use other than specified in (a) above; reproduction; redistribution; republication; uploading; posting; transmitting; distributing or otherwise exploiting in any way the Site Content, or any portion of the Site Content, is strictly prohibited without the prior written permission of Site Owner.
